Fees

Taxes are paid every 4 years and are 10% of the lot value + household funds + total in bank accounts.

Deductions in tax are:

-1,500 for each dependent (under 18)
-1,000 for home ownership

To adopt it is:
10,000 for a baby
5,000 for a toddler
3,000 for a child

For fertility treatment it is 5,000 and the 'mother' has to be over 35.

A marriage license costs 1,000

University fees are 2,000 a year.
